       verted to the vmods format of an Xkb modifier description

ARGUMENTS
       - act  action from which to extract virtual mods

DESCRIPTION
       XkbModActionVMods returns the vmods1 and vmods2 fields of act converted
       to the vmods format of an Xkb modifier description.
